Brynmawr Farm, located in the beautiful rolling Shropshire hills, is a mixed livestock organic farm run by the Wheeler family that offers unique holiday accommodation as well as educational and therapeutic experiences.

As an organic farm we aim to produce food in a way that sits in harmony with the natural world and creates an environment rich in wildlife whilst producing quality meat products.
We are part of a stewardship scheme and have a close relationships with The Shropshire Wildlife Trust and manage 2 Nature Reserves (Rhos Fiddle and Mason's Bank), where our rare breed animals graze to promote biodiversity and ideal habitat for local wildlife.
Our Story – The Wheeler family have farmed in the Clun Valley since the early 1900’s. Trevor Wheeler experienced severe ill health due to expose to working with chemical sprays and took the step to convert the farm to organic practice in 2003. In 2006, from a desire to share our passion for organic farming and the beauty of our farm with others, we started to offer holiday lets in the form of an Eco-Cottage and to provide educational experiences advocating food production gentle on the environment from our straw bale building. After the sad loss of his wife in 2016, Trevor married Gleice in 2018, a Brazilian from a farming background, and they formed the hard working team who, alongside Trevor’s son Paul and his family, run the farm to this day.
