Our organic produce is available to purchase either direct from the farm or from a number of farmers markets that are held regularly in the area including Ludlow and Craven Arms. At present, our Hebridean lamb is also available to purchase from the Shropshire Wildlife Trust.
Organic Beef and Lamb
Our animals, including traditional breed Hereford and Highland cattle and Hebridean sheep, are matured naturally/slowly on the farm; they are ideally suited for extensively grazing the diversity of upland habitats, including the Rhos Fiddle Nature Reserve, a beautiful expanse of upland moorland, which forms part of the farm.The use of these traditional breeds not only ensures that the farm’s important wildlife habitats are maintained and enhanced but also benefit from the variety of plants such as heather and bilberry which give the meat its distinctive flavour.
